The Denver area is going to be flooded with chicken lovers on May 26th when DiningOut Events hosts their annual, “Chicken Fight Festival.” This celebration of all things delicious will have visitors sampling some amazing tastes from around the world. Cheer teams at they battle it out in various competitions throughout downtown parks and booths showcasing authentic dishes made by local chefs! You don’t want to miss this fun-filled evening that promises much more than just great food, it also includes great cocktails with Denver’s own, Yolo Rum.

Putting the "Party" in Dinner Party

Dig in to a delectable array of chicken dishes at this year’s dinner party. From fried chicken wings to tacos, you’ll be able to try them all! You will be able to wash it down with plenty of craft cocktails, including a super refreshing Yolo Rum pomegranate lemonade, and if you ask, maybe samples of Yolo Rum Gold.

There will be plenty of entertainment at Elitch Gardens with five different stages running throughout the evening. You can enjoy country, bluegrass and classic blues jams from Buckstein or Neon Moon while DJ Blake provides some tunes that’ll get you up on your feet.

The patrons of Chicken Fight Fest can easily vote for their favorite chicken dishes and cocktails with a QR code, making the competition simple. No boring moments will be had at this year’s Chicken Fight.

Proceeds benefit Colorado Restaurant Foundation

If you need yet another reason to purchase a ticket, event proceeds benefit the Colorado Restaurant Foundation — a non-profit organization that is passionate about training the hospitality leaders of tomorrow. General Admission tickets are on sale now for $109 for 6:30 p.m. entry and include unlimited chicken samplings, spirit samples and cocktails, live music and unlimited rides. If you want to be the first in the park, First Tasting tickets are available for $139 for 5:30 p.m. entry.
