Gluten-free Yolo Rum Strawberry Mojito Recipe
This simple Strawberry Mojito recipe starts with just three ingredients: fresh strawberry, mint leaves, and Yolo Rum. The berry combo is sweet but also has a tang from the strawberries that cuts through all those flavors nicely!
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Yolo Rum Silver
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 3 strawberries to muddle, + 2 more for garnish
- 1/2 oz honey syrup or agave syrup
- club soda to top off
Instructions:
Put the mint leaves, berries, lime juice and honey or agave syrup in a glass. Use your knife or muddler to crush them up. Add ice, Yolo Rum and Club soda. Stir until mixed together. Garnish by placing extra berry bits and mint leaves on top for decoration too.
