How to Throw the Perfect Yolo Sunday Football Party

How to throw the perfect Super Bowl Sunday Party

Are you ready for the Big Game?

Are you ready for some football? The biggest football game of the year is just around the corner, and that means it’s time for a party! The Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals will be playing in SBLVI on February 13th at 4:30 p.m. MST. Whether you’re rooting for the Rams or the Bengals, there’s no shortage of excitement on game day. So get your friends together and prepare to cheer on your favorite team. Here are a few tips to help make your “Big Game” Yolo Sunday Football party a success and celebrate the return of the great “Superb Owl” in style.

Pre-Game Warm-Ups

The gear you’ll need to get prepped for the big game starts before anyone even knows there’s an event. Think about it, a party isn’t much of anything if its host doesn’t put in effort ahead of time! The same can be said when hosting any major sporting event like football or basketball season – preparation is key and will ensure that your guests have nothing but fun once they arrive at their destination.

A good host understands this concept better than anyone else because he/she has spent countless hours planning every detail- from food selections (which menu!) all the way down to how many glasses should fit on each table without running out too soon during starting lineup introductions.

Remember that even if you think a large gathering is what’s best for your party, it could actually end up being more expensive and stressful. Think about who will be there cheering on the teams as well as those people who might make too much noise or cause problems at this event so they don’t attend in future ones!

Game Time!

Your guests are going to your party hungry and thirsty so it’s in their best interest that you have plenty of food available! Bear in mind, if kids will be attending the event then there also needs to be options for them. The menu is an essential part because people always judge how good a time someone had at a gathering based on what they ate or drank themselves (and believe us when I say everyone wants something different).

Make sure you have plenty of space for people to move around and sit. Confirm there’s enough seating well ahead of your guest list, once they’ve confirmed their attendance by responding via email or phone call! If it will be at one person’s house – think about renting extra tables/chairs as needed since many hosting websites don’t allow more than four guests per room reservation which could lead to complications when trying to get everyone inside seats invited before start time.

A party for the “Big Game” is a great way to celebrate the end of one football year and usher in another. If you’ve committed to hosting this event, it’s time for some serious planning. You don’t want your guests disappointed because there was no food or drinks available, so order a case of Yolo Rum and get cooking!

Yolo Rum infused spicy mango and garlic wing sauce

This recipe comes to us from Yolo Rum investor @chef_justin.mossholder. Check out more of his creations (and delicious sauces) at @phat_flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Yolo Rum Gold (or Silver)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large onion diced small
  • 3 tablespoons diced garlic
  • 3 mangos diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 oz white vinegar

Instructions:

In a saucepan, melt butter. Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Then add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add mangos and cook for 5 minutes . Then add Yolo rum and Vinegar and cook down for about 8 minutes to cook off most of the alcohol. Then add all spices and let simmer for a few minutes or as long as you would like. The more you let it simmer the better it will taste.
Then put it in a blender and mix it well. Toss wings in sauce and eat.

This sauce is very tasty and versatile, and can be used in many more recipes than buffalo wings.
