Drop Everything and Hit the Slopes
The best place in the world for downhill skiing is Colorado, and there’s no better way to experience it than on one of the many powder hound friendly slopes. Hiking is the most popular way to get to extreme elevations. You can hike to over 12,000 feet in altitude and see some of Colorado’s best views on top of Aspen Highlands or Vail where there is a whopping 7+ miles of back bowls! Silverton Mountain isn’t afraid of limiting steep terrain; while Telluride’s Plunge Trail facilitates thrilling vertical drops with expert only riding permitted on Spiral Stairs Trail. After a long day on the slopes, almost every ski town in Colorado has a winter festival vibe either just starting or coming to an end. Perfect for celebrating an epic ski adventure.
