Yolo Cubanita Bloody Mary

When it comes to making a Cubanita (a Bloody Mary with rum), this Yolo Rum recipe is top notch!
Step 1
Salt and prep the glass - Pour some celery salt onto a small plate. Rub the juicy side of a lemon or lime wedge along the lip of the glass. Roll the outer edge of the glass in the celery salt until fully coated. Fill with ice and set aside.
Step 2
Add ingredients to shaker - Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into the shaker and drop them in. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
Step 3
Shake, strain, garnish and serve - Shake gently and strain into the prepared glass. Optionally garnish with celery stalk, lime wedge, a large cooked shrimp, and a green olive.

- 2 dashes tobasco sauce
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch smoked paprika
- Ice

- Measuring Jigger
- A Small Plate
- A Shaker
- A Cocktail Strainer
