Yolo Rum Café Caribbean Cocktail Recipe

8 oz. fresh, hot, gourmet black coffee (We used Sträva Craft Coffee out of Denver, Colorado)
1.5 oz. Yolo Rum Gold
0.5 oz. Amaretto
Whipped cream and shaved almonds for garnish

How to make a Café Caribbean cocktail

STEP 1 –

Crush your almonds and set aside.

STEP 2 –

Pour fresh, hot gourmet coffee into your mug of choice.

STEP 3 –

Add 1.5 oz. of Yolo Rum Gold and 0.5 oz. of amaretto.

STEP 4 –

Top with whipped cream and garnish with shaved almonds.
