Easily Make a Strawberry Mojito with this Yolo Rum Recipe

2 oz. Yolo Rum Silver
1.5 oz Simple Syrup (*see below for instructions of how to make simple syrup)
3 Mint Leaves
In a chilled glass (about 10 – 12 oz), add about 1.5 oz of simple syrup, 3 mint leaves, and 3 strawberry slices (more or less to taste preference). Crush ingredients with a muddler (or a spoon will work). Muddle well to release the juices from the strawberries and the essential oils from the mint leaves.
Add 2 oz. of Yolo Rum Silver to the mixture.
Add ice and top off with soda water.
Garnish with another strawberry slice.

*Don’t have simple syrup? No problem! You can easily make the same kind of simple syrup typically used in most bars in just minutes. Just combine about 1 part sugar and 1 part water into a water bottle, and shake until the sugar completely dissolves.
